Hi!

I am a layout artist and 2D animator from Edmonton AB, Canada with a real passion for creating and telling stories. As a graduate of Algonquin's animation program and MTU's Animation and Motion graphics program, I am always eager to expand my skills, contribute to and learn more about the animation industry.

I grew up in Sherwood Park, Alberta. When I wasn't doodling in class or playing as pokemon at recess, I was with my friends out in the woods making up stories and adventures. Over the years, I've found a lot of love in figuring out character acting, body language movement, colour theory, stylization, and all the other ways we can bring these stories to life through animation.

Some of my current inspirations include Gravity Falls, Little Amelie or The Character of Rain, Hermitcraft and Outer Wilds!

I've completed the 3 year animation program at Algonquin College with a specialization in layout and bg paint

The program taught us essential programs like Toonboom harmony, Maya, and Photoshop

2025-2026

Animation and Motion Graphics

Munster's Technological University, Ireland

After graduating from Algonquin College, I took a 4th year in Ireland to get a degree in animation, motion graphics and vfx.

I spent 10 months directing and producing a 4 minute short film, working with a team of animators and a music producer.

It helped me develop project management skills, communication throughout the pipeline, as well as learning new programs like Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, Davinci Resolve and Blender

2020-2022

IT tech and broadcasting

Salisbury United Church

I worked with multiple different camera setups to improve video quality, lighting and shots for live broadcasting.

I mixed and edited audio and video both live and in Audacity and Shotcut, to be uploaded to youtube and the church's website.

I worked with a team of people before, during and after the broadcast to streamline the process, ensuring quick and effective communication.
